Aliette®
fungicide delivers a two-way systemic protection
against Phytophthora, Downy mildew and other
diseases. Besides stimulating the plant’s own defense
mechanisms, Aliette®
attacks pathogens at various
growth stages for better overall disease control.
/// HOW ALIETTE®
FUNGICIDE WORKS
The active ingredient in Aliette®
fungicide, fosetylaluminum, rapidly breaks down into two active
components: ethyl phosphite and aluminum.
• Ethyl phosphite is quickly absorbed into the
leaves and roots where it shows fungicidal
properties and is a significant promoter of
systemic acquired resistance.
• Aluminum is active on the leaf surface where it has
contact activity against citrus diseases and harmful
bacteria such as Citrus canker.
/// BENEFITS
• Exceptional Disease Control
Aliette®
fungicide controls devastating key diseases
including Downy mildew and Phytophthora in a
variety of crops.
• Systemic Activity
Movement upward and downward throughout
the plant enables a high level of protection while
preventing wash-off. This activity helps preserve
quality and promote high yield potential for a better
return on investment.
• Proven Protection
The inhibition of spore production prevents the
transmission of disease to neighboring plants
/// ON FUNGAL PATHOGENS
• Can stop plant infection by inhibiting spore
germination
• Can block mycelium development and sporulation
• Inhibits pathogen penetration into the plant
